PELUM Kenya invites qualified consultants/consultancy firms to conduct the End Term Evaluation of the Promoting Ecological Land Use Management and Networking for Livelihoods Improvement (PENELI IV) Programme, implemented across four networking zones in Kenya. The evaluation will assess programme performance (July 2021 – May 2026), focusing on outcomes, impact, learning, and recommendations to inform future programming. The consultancy will run for up to 40 working days between March and May 2026.
